FestAdda is a technology-enabled marketplace that facilitates discovery, coordination, and booking interactions between college fest organizers and performing artists. The platform may provide features such as artist discovery, shortlist/cart functionality, booking intent submission, and payment facilitation. FestAdda acts strictly as an intermediary and is not a direct provider of artist services unless explicitly stated.
FestAdda is not a party to the final performance agreement between organizers and artists. It does not guarantee performance, availability, or outcomes. All responsibilities related to performance execution, event delivery, and artist conduct remain solely between the event organizer and the artist or their authorized representatives.
Users must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering legally binding agreements under Indian law.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and all activities under their account. FestAdda reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
Artists or authorized representatives may list profiles via paid or free plans. All information must be accurate and non-misleading. FestAdda reserves the right to review or remove listings. FestAdda does not guarantee authenticity, quality, or performance of listed artists.
Features such as 'Fest Cart', 'Shortlist', or 'Proceed to Booking' represent intent to initiate a booking and do not constitute a legally binding agreement. A booking becomes binding only after explicit confirmation between the organizer and the artist.
FestAdda may act as a limited payment facilitator. Payments may be collected, held, and transferred between parties. FestAdda may charge service fees. FestAdda does not guarantee service delivery and is not liable for disputes related to payments, cancellations, or performance.
Displayed price ranges are indicative and based on market insights or public data. They do not represent final quotes. Final pricing is determined solely by the artist or their management.
FestAdda is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or non-performance by any party. All cancellation and refund terms must be agreed upon between the organizer and the artist. FestAdda is not liable for any financial or reputational loss.
Listing on FestAdda does not imply endorsement or verification. FestAdda does not guarantee artist availability, performance quality, or event success.
Users must not provide false information, engage in unlawful activities, bypass platform fees, or harm other users or the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FestAdda shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including event failure, financial loss, or disputes between users. The platform is provided 'as is' without warranties.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless FestAdda from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from user agreements, event execution, payment disputes, or misrepresentation.
All platform assets including design, branding, software, and data are owned by FestAdda. Unauthorized use is prohibited. Artist media remains the property of respective owners.
FestAdda reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of revised terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
