All content on FestAdda, including but not limited to the platform design, logo, text, graphics, code, and software, is the intellectual property of FestAdda and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws of India.

2. Trademarks

"FestAdda" and the FestAdda logo are trademarks of FestAdda. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. User-Submitted Content

By submitting content to FestAdda (including artist profiles, images, bios, and event information), you grant FestAdda a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content on the platform for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.

4. Artist Content

Artist images and media displayed on FestAdda are credited as sourced from artist press kits or Instagram. Copyright of artist images, music, and related media remains with the respective artists or their management. FestAdda uses such content solely for informational and promotional purposes related to the platform.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not: (a) copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from FestAdda without prior written consent; (b) use our content for commercial purposes without authorization; (c) scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content from the platform; or (d) modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

6. DMCA / Copyright Complaints

If you believe any content on FestAdda infringes your copyright, please contact us at [email protected] with: (a) a description of the copyrighted work; (b) the URL of the infringing content; and (c) your contact information. We will review and take appropriate action within 48 hours.

7. Fair Use

Certain uses of copyrighted material on FestAdda may constitute fair use for purposes of education, commentary, or news reporting, as permitted under applicable law.
