  • Artist Listing Data: Artist name, category, base city, pricing, bio, images, and contact details submitted during listing.
  • Inquiry Data: Event details, budget, dates, and messages submitted through inquiry forms.
  • Usage Data: Browser type, IP address, pages visited, and interaction patterns for analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: (a) operate and maintain the platform; (b) process inquiries and connect organizers with artists; (c) manage artist subscriptions and payments; (d) send relevant communications about your account or inquiries; and (e) improve our services through analytics.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with: (a) artists or organizers as part of the inquiry process; (b) payment processors (Razorpay) for transaction processing; (c) hosting providers (Cloudinary for images); and (d) legal authorities when required by law.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted passwords, secure API endpoints, and HTTPS encryption. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
